6 agent systems in production, running unattended every night

AI agents that find customers,
create content and
run while you sleep.

We help companies move from "we should use AI" to agents that do real work — prospecting, outreach, reply handling, publishing and engagement — with hard budgets, guardrails and a human approving what matters.

What we do for you

Four ways to put agents to work

Pipeline agents

Find buyers from events, maps, registries and job boards. Qualify them against what you actually sell, find the decision-maker and write to them.

Content & social agents

A branded AI presenter or news desk that writes, voices, renders and publishes — with a critic that blocks anything off-brand or unverified.

Agent operations

Supervisors, budgets, kill switches, live dashboards and phone alerts, so your agents are observable and stoppable — never a black box.

AI adoption roadmap

A two-week audit of where AI will pay back in your business, which workflow to automate first, and what it will cost to run each month.

Proof, not pitch decks

Systems we built — and still operate

Every number below comes from a production database, not a demo. These run on a schedule, report to a phone, and cost cents per day.

Sales automation Security & event staffing

An autonomous sales team for a security company

Agents find upcoming events and venues in 9 metros, pick the ones that need security, find the right contact and write to them — then follow up, read every reply and hand genuine interest to the sales team.

OrchestrationAgent managing agents

Jarvis — the agent that manages the agents

Runs every agent on schedule, retries failures, pauses spending at a daily budget and stops anything on command.

Under the hood

One brain. Many agents. Every one accountable.

This is the actual shape of what we run. A supervisor owns the schedule and the budget; each business gets its own agents, its own database and its own alerts.

01

Budget-capped

Every paid call is metered to the token. Agents pause themselves at the daily cap instead of surprising you on the invoice.

02

Human in the loop

Posts wait for a one-tap approval; genuine customer replies go straight to a person with the whole conversation.

03

Fail-soft

A missing key or a dead API degrades one step, never the whole system. Nothing silently stops — it alerts.

04

Measured, not assumed

Decisions come from data we can show you. When a number looks wrong, we check what wrote it before believing it.

Experience you don't have to pay for twice

Lessons from running agents in production

Sending volume, not pacing, is what email providers punish. We measured it through three blocks — and now split volume across authenticated mailboxes.
One silent bug cost more than every API bill combined.A search module bypassed its fixed path; fixing it took contacts from ~70 to 2,830.
Cheapest data source first.49 paid lookups found 486 new contacts for $0.41 — after free sources had done the rest.
An AI critic must be allowed to say no.Our news agent posts nothing rather than an unverified story.
How we engage

From idea to agents in production in weeks

  1. Week 1–2

    Audit

We map your workflows, data and tools, and rank AI opportunities by payback.

  2. Week 3–4

    Pilot

One agent on real data in dry-run mode. You see every output before anything goes out.

  3. Week 5–6

    Deploy

Schedules, guardrails, dashboard and phone alerts. Live — ramped deliberately.

  4. Ongoing

    Operate

We watch cost, quality and results, and add agents as the first one pays for itself.

Questions

Before you ask

Will the AI email or post things without my say-so?

Only if you want it to. Every new system starts in dry-run with approval on. You decide what runs on its own and what waits for a tap on your phone.

What does it cost to run?

Usually cents to a few dollars a day in AI and data costs, metered and capped per agent. Our AI news channel runs for about $0.75 a day; a nightly recruiting search costs about $0.60.

Do we need an engineering team?

No. We build, host and operate it, and give you a dashboard and alerts. If you have engineers, we hand over the code and runbooks.

Which models and tools do you use?

Claude models for reasoning, writing and review, plus the right tool per job — job boards, maps, registries, Microsoft 365 and Gmail, YouTube and Instagram APIs, voice and video rendering.

What about deliverability and compliance?

We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, verify addresses before sending, honour opt-outs globally, and include compliant footers. Guardrails live above the transport, so they apply to every send.
